IFARF was introduced in February 2011 by Invisible Fence® of Western Canada. In an attempt to help the growing problem of size within Animal Rescue’s throughout Alberta and surrounding areas, Invisible Fence® Brand encourages clients to consider the option of adoption. Through incentive discount programs, IFARF will help cover the cost’s of adoption of our clients and encourage a safe and secure home for their new pets.
